It is generally the case that Philip Roberts initially makes an on-site visit to assess the precise nature of the client's problem, followed by the preparation of a detailed written Report that makes recommendations concerning how the problem can be satisfactorily resolved. A follow-up visit to discuss the Report always includes a PowerPoint presentation of the conclusions reached, together with a detailed look at the fundamentals of the theory that explain why the conclusions reached are those of 'best practice'. Naturally, it is 'an article of faith' that all Reports remain Confidential between Delphi Brazing Consultants and the commissioning client.
